Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the nanoSEO service offered by Web Nano - IT Solutions (provider, address see imprint) by registered users (customer).

2. Description of services

nanoSEO offers automated SEO analyses of websites: crawling of the registered domain, AI-supported evaluation according to technical SEO, content quality, performance, marketing and AI-search criteria, as well as reports over time. The specific functional and quantitative scope (number of projects, sub-users, pages per month) depends on the selected plan.

3. Conclusion of contract

A contract for the use of the free plan is concluded by registering an account and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. A paid contract is concluded by taking out a subscription or purchasing an additional package via the payment function displayed in the app.

4. Prices and payment terms

The prices displayed in the app at the time the contract is concluded apply, including statutory VAT. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and automatically renew for a further month unless cancelled beforehand. Additional packages (one-time purchase of additional pages) are charged once at the displayed price and are non-refundable.

5. Term and cancellation

Paid subscriptions run for an indefinite period and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period via the billing management in the app. Access to paid features continues until the end of the period already paid for. The free plan can be terminated at any time by deleting the account. The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.

6. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract. If you expressly request that the paid service begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period and confirm that you are aware that your right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract, the right of withdrawal ends early accordingly. 7. Customer obligations

The customer may only add domains for analysis that they are authorized to monitor. Misuse of the service, for example for the automated analysis of third-party websites without the corresponding authorization or to circumvent usage restrictions, is prohibited. Access credentials must be treated confidentially.

8. Availability

We strive to ensure high availability of the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, in particular not during maintenance work or in the event of disruptions to upstream services (e.g. the AI analysis provider used).

9. Liability

The analyses and recommendations created by nanoSEO constitute automatically generated suggestions and do not replace individual professional advice. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and in accordance with the Product Liability Act. In the event of slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), liability is limited to the damage foreseeable as typical for the contract. Otherwise, liability for slight negligence is excluded.

11. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

We may adapt these Terms and Conditions with effect for the future, for example in the event of changes to the scope of services or the legal situation. We will inform registered users of significant changes in good time, for example by email.

12. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected. If individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
